Refund Policy - The Basics

Refund & Returns Policy – VoltsAt

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • To start a return, contact us at support@voltsat.com with your order number and details.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please email us with photos as proof.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
